Refund policy
At Velina Pure, hygiene and product integrity are of utmost importance. Due to the nature of personal care and cosmetic products, we do not accept returns once an order has been delivered.
However, we offer replacement only under the following circumstances:
• The product arrives damaged
• Product must be unused and unopened
• The product received is incorrect
• An unboxing video is mandatory for return requests
Video must clearly show the package being opened
❌ Returns will NOT be accepted for:
• Wrong product ordered by customer
• Used or damaged products
• Requests without an unboxing video
• Wrong product ordered by customer

Replacement Request Guidelines:
• Requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery
• Clear photos or videos of the product and outer packaging are required

Refunds are processed only after product inspection and approval.
Once approved, a replacement will be shipped to you at no additional cost.
💳 Refunds are applicable only for prepaid orders cancelled before dispatch and will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
